Nicely located a short walk to the town centre, cosy little cottage, comfortable room (we used the second bedroom with bunk beds for storage/getting ready). "The Manor House Barn has modern equipment and very comfortable beds and furniture, while retaining the tradition looks and feel of the building. This seems to dovetail with the rest of Cley-Next-The-Sea and it was nice to be part of the activity in the area, if only for the week.The wildlife ( weasel, otter, deer, hares, barn owl, marsh harrier, to name just a few seen ) the sunsets, the beaches and the range of shops are what attracts us to North Norfolk and staying at Manor House Barn enhances the whole experience.Its a great place to stay and we hope to visit in the future."

"We had a wonderful short stay in the property which was perfect for our needs. The property was clean and welcoming, having some milk and a couple of cupcakes there when we arrived was a lovely touch. We were able to walk into Holt, which has many amenities. It was also located within easy reach of the coast. There is only one parking space so we had to park the other car in a local car park, so there was an additional cost incurred."

"The Flints is a fantastic place to stay. A great location to explore the coast and villages/towns in the area. A lot happening in the area. Lovely coastal walks from Blakeney. The photographs of the cottage clearly show what to expect. A traditional cottage style with a fabulous extended living/kitchen. The decor is stylish and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen- though the region is full of brilliant places to eat so the cooker remained untouched! The courtyard garden was an absolute treat, breakfast/coffee spot to die for, probably the highlight for me! The traditional cottage stairs leading to a large double bedroom once again tastefully decorated, with thoughtful touches, including a useful fan. I slept so well- the mattress was like a cloud! I realise now I am home just how comfortable it was! The single room though aimed at a younger person suited my adult daughter and gave her everything she needed. All in all this is a beautiful cottage and one I would be very happy to return to."
