It stands peacefully within the rural village of West Beckham, with it’s own garden, and offering everyday comforts yet the full of charm and character to provide a warm welcome. Located on one of the many interconnecting national cycle routes with excellent walking direct from the door.

The seaside town of Sheringham is 3 miles, with a sandy beach, headquarters of the North Norfolk Steam Railway, The Reef aqua leisure pool, cliff-top golf course and town centre with shops, cafés, and restaurants. Cromer is 6 miles, for promenade gardens, pier, sandy beach, Amazonia Zoo, and town centre. Discover the pretty Georgian market town of Holt, 4 miles. Explore the RSPB bird and nature reserves close by. National Trust Sheringham Park, Felbrigg and Blicking Halls are within easy reach. Blakeney Quay is just 10 miles away. Holkham Hall and excellent sandy beaches of Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea are 19 miles.
