Kelling is a lovely little village that makes the perfect base for all kinds of adventures. Stroll to the nearby pub for a relaxing pint or walk down to the peaceful, unspoiled shingle beach at Salthouse (1.5 miles). The Norfolk Wildlife Trust Nature Reserve marshes are also here, so don't forget your binoculars. Head over to Wells-next-the-Sea (13 miles) for a proper day at the seaside. It's great for families, with wide sandy beaches and some of the best crabbing spots around. And for something extra special, hop on a boat at Blakeney Quay (5 miles away) and take a trip to Blakeney Point. If you're lucky, you might even spot some seals doing tricks.
