「We were a bit disappointed with this. I’d say the pictures on the site are very flattering. We arrived in the evening to lots of building and maintenance materials outside the front and in the entrance area. Not the best start. The member of staff who met us was pleasant and helpful. 「All excellent, lovely staff and easy check in. Had a drink of our choice, parking opposite and an easy walk into Manchester. Room was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable, pillows a little flat unfortunately. Nice touch was a pedestal fan. Only annoying point was a constant slamming door that kept waking us up in the morning.
