"Room was ok. Beds very hard and uncomfortable. Quite loud most the night. Came out and smelled like wet dog in the hallway. Staff clearly hate their jobs at the front desk. Not rude necessarily but definitely acted like they didn’t want to be there nor be helpful with customers."

"All the amenities are decent enough with the exception of the parking situation. I understand that Downtown parking in Spokane is at a premium but there's no reason that I can see why I should have been asked to pay for parking when I spend as much on a four night stay as I did at the Centennial. Thankfully they did comp the parking prior to my arrival otherwise I probably would have changed my reservations."

"The outdoor common areas were lovely. There were several fire pit areas, a nice barbecue area and many areas with yard games set up. Add to that an indoor pool, hot tub and huge water slide. For those traveling with dogs, there is a well maintained and fully fenced, large dog area. There was also a lovely breakfast room with all the usual breakfast choices. We would definitely choose this property over newer and fancier hotels, especially with the reasonable price."

"This is a amazing hotel with a huge shower that was amazing, the staff was so courteous and helpful. Our room was big and had the biggest TV in any hotel ever stayed at. The pool and Jacuzzi was like being in a spa it was so big and beautiful that all of us enjoyed it so very much and it was spacious and rolling up windows make the pool atmosphere amazing. The food was amazing and I will most definitely be staying here next time I come into town. Your hotel has exceeded my expectations"
