The Palms #4 is one block from the Gulf in Holmes Beach — the same quiet four-unit complex as #3, with the same heated pool framed by tall palms and the same dead-end residential street that keeps the beach uncrowded even when the rest of the island is busy.

This unit sleeps six — two more than #3 — with a king bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master has an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has full use of the second bath off the hall. Both bedrooms have their own TVs.

The complex is set up for beach days without the logistics. Two bikes and a wagon are included. Beach chairs are provided. A communal gas grill sits poolside for evening cookouts. The heated pool is shared with just three other units — private in the way that matters. The free AMI trolley stops nearby. Publix and Walgreens are a short walk.

The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed for full meals at home. A full-size washer and dryer are in the unit.

A 10% discount is available for veterans and first responders.
