Outdoor activities in the community feature a large tennis court, heated pool with multiple adjustable chaise lounges as well as seating under the nearby pergola to enjoy a meal away from the sun. You’re also just moments from the sand and water of the Gulf with private beach access!
The main enclosed balcony offers a view of the tennis court and is off the living room, making it the perfect expansion of your indoor space.
The master suite boasts access to this balcony, as well as its own private balcony. A third balcony off the dining space is yet another place for outdoor living.
Recline and enjoy a movie night with the 65 inch Smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve a delicious home-cooked meal.
The primary suite hosts a king bedroom, a wall-mounted flat screen TV with an en-suite bath with shower stall with seat.
The second bedroom hosts a bedroom set that can be converted from two twin beds to a single king-size bed at your request. The bedroom includes a wall-mounted flat screen TV keeps you entertained.
The hall bath has a tub/shower combo. There is room for everyone to enjoy an Anna Maria Island vacation!

* Pets are not allowed in this home.
* Minimum stay is 7 nights
* Elevated residence, Elevator available - Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from your unit.
* There is a $125 non-refundable condo application fee required. The fee is included in your quote.
* Holmes Beach Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Daytime noise not to exceed 65 decibels, nightime noise not to exceed 50 decibels
* The minimum requirement for this home is no less than seven nights.
* The maximum occupancy is six.
* Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
