Quaint home steps away from the beach with modest amenities with wear and tear within the home to be expected with a vacation rental! Loved the home, but found a few issues which affected a great guest experience! This was our second trip to Anna Maria and our first with the property management team of Florida Dreams Realty. It’s been said that you only get one chance to make a 1st impression. Customer service is defined as the provision of service to customers before, during, and after the sale. Our experience was that customer service ended at the purchase of the rental. The property manager failed to respond to our concerns and questions! We definitely did not feel treated as a VIP as stated on their website! The following is the reason for our overall rating considering Covid Cleaning Protocol:
1.) Mold was found in both shower walls and shower liners. We used mold removal spray to clean prior to use!
2.) Hair was found on the bed linen, floors, and showers.
3.) Some plates and kitchen utensils were dirty and needed cleaning prior to use.
4.) Pendants lights over the kitchen counter top, ornaments, television frame, picture frames, and ledges around the wall needed dusting.
5.) Living room sofas are stained.
6.) 1 pool Adirondack Chair is cracked and 1 pool lounge char has a broken back support! Sand in the pool needs removal!
Final result is a failure of making a good 1st impression, nonexistent customer service, and definitely did not feel treated as a VIP!
