Perfectly situated on the Gulf of Mexico in the center of Anna Maria Island, Gulf Place is a small, thoughtfully designed, and carefully maintained condo complex that offers guests a beach vacation to remember. All units are nestled around a heated pool, and each features a view of the crystal-blue waters and white sand that have made the Gulf Coast of Florida so famous. One of the Island's few tennis courts is located at the front of the property.
Walk into this beautiful condo and you automatically begin to relax. The amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico captures your sight and draws you out to the spacious balcony. The coastal furnishings in the living area are inviting and spacious with a flat-screen television when you are ready for a movie as well as free WiFi for your use. There is a large dining table and a beautifully appointed kitchen with all you will need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay.
The Primary Bedroom contains a beautiful King bed with an en suite bath and a great view of the Gulf. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twins. There is another full bath in the hallway
When you are ready to venture outside, there is a large pool with deck and chairs right on the Gulf. The property also has tennis courts for use by guests. Off property, enjoy exploring the Island on the free Island Trolley. Shopping, Dining and adventures await just minutes away.
One of the reasons Gulf Place is such a treasure is that the on-site management is tasked with ensuring occupancy limits are observed, and they do a very thorough job! Six people is the maximum occupancy for each unit and this is strictly enforced. But if you're traveling with more than six people, don't despair!
