The house was perfect for a family of 4. Plenty of space and our boys had their own beds and rooms. Kitchen was fully stocked, not food, great appliances. Close to the beach, shops and bars. House was very clean and safe. Would stay there again

Excellent communication with the host… loved keyless entry and the well stocked garage in all beach items. Extra stock items in kitchen was a bonus. Appreciate the washer and dryer, however the washer was extremely loud. Wish the pool was able to have floats so I did not use as much as I’d like.

Two senior couples

Condo is set up for a family with children. Beds were comfortable. Stairs were kind of difficult for us seniors to navigate. Parking was tight for two cars. Would be better with one car.

Great trip

Condo was very nice, exactly as pictured. Kitchen was great and spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the board games and foosball and the space to spread out especially since our ages range from 2 to 56! It is an easy walk to the beach, and the community pool was very convenient. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had prior to and during our stay.

The second stay was just as good as the first

This is the second year in a row that we rented this property from Anna. This is a great property and Anna is a wonderful host. The property is very close to the beach and is well stocked with all of the items you need at the beach. The condo itself is clean and comfortable and everything was in good working order. We also enjoyed the heated pool. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Trip

My family traveled in October to Anna’s townhome. We had a great time. It is just as it is listed and the pictures too. We had plenty of room, and a great location! Very close to the beach and pool. It is decorated very nice and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and we liked the many balconies it had. We especially enjoyed the flat top grill. Good communication with Anna. I would suggest you and your family stay in this townhome you will really enjoy it as we did!

Perfect AMI retreat!

I can't say enough about how perfect our trip was. The condo is in the perfect location to visit all of AMI. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals along with a large griddle on the back screened porch you are set! Walking to the beautiful beach is about a 3-minute walk with a toddler and the host has a ton of beach items including chairs, floats, toys, umbrellas, and a wagon. The outdoor shower and beach towels by the linen service made everything super easy and stress-free. Communication with the host Anna was fantastic. We will be returning to AMI! You can't go wrong staying here.

Wonderful stay!

Just got home from an amazing week in Anna Maria Island! The place was wonderful. Had everything we could need and more. Short walk to the beach and trolley. Central to everything. Can’t wait to visit again!

Cozy, but accessible

This property was easy to find and had quick access to the beach and pool area. A short drive to various beach restaurants, piers, and attractions. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Holmes Beach.

As advertised!!!

This property was fantastic.just as listed. 2 minutes to the beach even when taking all the beach stuff. House is well equipped with everything you need.nice pool. Some say its small but most days we were the only ones in it! Anna the property manager was great. Replied promptly with answers to our questions.property is 3 minutes to grocery store and pharmacy. Lots of places to eat as well.cant say enough about the property. Will book again when we go back.

As Advertised - Great Stay

We chose the property because of it's great reviews and were pleased to find that they were spot on. The property was clean and comfortable. The beach was an easy walk and the pool was a great place to relax in the evening. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys for my grand-daughter. Will definitely stay there again.

Close to beach

The home was very accommodating for our group of 6. The beach was close by and a nice walk. Loved the ping-pong table and all beach toys and accessories we needed. unfortunately, we felt like the pool was a bit small for all the homes. It was accommodating. Also, very shaded, not many chairs available in the sun.

Our 40th Thanksgiving vacation…

Everything was as advertised, except the weather (not your fault), we still had a fantastic week. The layout allowed some separation during inclement weather (large dining/kitchen area, 3bedrooms, numerous deck/balconies & especially playroom w/ tv & foosball) which could have been really testing in many places. Would highly recommend location to any family or group of friends.

Outstanding Vacation Experience

Extremely pleased with the entire experience of staying at this rental location. The manager was very helpful with all aspects of the rental procedure and was quick to respond to any communications by us. Just a great location to stay at and we will be back again next year

Great location, clean and well equipped

The owner is very responsive to messages. The unit is clean and has a lot of items you need. The wagon for the beach is new. The pool is nice and clean.
