"We loved our stay, we were in Raleigh for a week and it was in the middle of all the places we wanted to go, there’s multiple shops and dining places close enough to walk. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, our room was so humid it was leaving condensation on everything and making the floors slippery but maintenance very quickly brought us a dehumidifier when we brought it to their attention and that fixed the problem. The breakfast was pretty great for a free hotel breakfast and the staff was amazing, they were all kind and helpful, the housekeepers cleaned our room everyday and they had 24/7 coffee available which was awesome! The parking can be a little hard on the weekends but that’s to be expected. Overall we loved it and will be using BW+ as our hotel everytime we visit from here on out!"
