"Seas the Day is the best maintained property I've stayed at in the 20 years we've been renting on Topsail Island. Amazing location with the only traffic issues being the always hectic move in Saturday. The view was great, the beach about 30 yards away and the owner texted me hours after our arrival to assure everything was as promised. He even sent someone to check on an issue the previous tenant had reported (and texted me who was coming , why and at what time). Great location and attentive owner made this our best annual family beach trip ever."

We always find our favorite Sand dollars and shark teeth( shhhh pls dont tell anyone!) "It was a wonderful week at the beach! Even on the day it rained, the setting was beautiful! The beach has a generous shoreline, and even though there are other people there, it is not overcrowded! This area of Topsail has maintained its quality and is not overly developed, making the stay just what I hoped it would be! The fireworks on the 4th of July that I could watch without going anywhere were magnificent! The ones I traveled to see on the 3rd at Surf City were not even close plus the crowds and traveling back were a downer!"

"Beach showers on property where a nice touch. Roof top seating would be nice, for coffee sipping beach viewers. Nice and easy, quiet location. Perfect getaway. Will return soon."
