The sun-drenched space on the first level invites you to come in and relax. The living area offers plenty of seating and a lovely desk offers a great space for the student or writer in your family. Also for your enjoyment are two sets of sliding glass doors that lead to the huge oceanside deck, equipped with a grill. Walk around to the spacious eat-in kitchen. You will find the kitchen bright and clean with all the necessary items like the refrigerator, stove, and microwave.
