One elevator was out of service the entire time of stay. For a certain time, both elevators were out of service. Everything else was very nice and as expected. Location is very good and close to great spots. Neighborhood is safe.

Best hotel in Boston without question! The staff are exceptional, very friendly and attentive. The masseuses at the spa, especially (I believe her name was) Paula are very skilled and helpful with sore muscles and joints after traveling. La Padrona, Amar, and The Long Bar all have delicious food. I will definitely be back!

Excellent location around Harvard Square walkable area. The hotel has beautiful and very comfy rooms and common areas in the lobby are just gorgeous.

Everything I always expected it would be. Total class hotel and we were treated as valued guests include an upgrade. We will return.

Location wonderful. Room a lot more compact than it seemed on the internet pictures. We had luggage which was difficult. Had we been travelling light it would have been perfect. Diane moss
