「We (family of 6) stayed there for 3 nights and we had a lovely stay in this apartment. The apartment had good connectivity to T-bana (Metro Line 2) or Bus alongwith a little bit of walking. The apartment had almost everything you could need like microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, a huge TV, etc. The kitchen was also equipped with cutlery, dishes, cups and plates, etc however we could not find few things like cleaning cloth. 「Das Haus hat Potential für mehr. Der Zustand und Ausführung der sanitären Einrichtungen und Küchespüle sind nicht zufrieden stellend. Der Preis für ein solches Objekt ist definitiv zu hoch.」

"We had a very smooth check-in. The receptionist was completely efficient and explained everything clearly. The room was cold, but due to centralised control it was not easy to change the temperature. However, when we informed the front desk that we were cold they brought a heater. Although not completely comfortable, I was satisfied with the hotel's action as it solved the issue for us. Breakfast was excellent with a very good variety."

"We stayed same grade two twin rooms for 4 members. One of the twin room didn’t have enough towels and coffee machines like the others. We requested some of them but no room keep services so we had to go to the reception. Stuff are friendly but they didn’t share the information about us so we had to ask many times about our situation. "

"ムンク美術館の並びにあるホテルでオスロ中央駅からおおよそ5分と非常にアクセス、ロケーションが良いホテルでした。また、ホテルのスタッフの皆さんがとても愛想がよくホスピタリティも素晴らしかったです。一度baggageを預けた後、散策をしホテルに戻りチェックインまでロビーで待機しようと思ったところ、フロントの方が覚えていてくれて早めに部屋に入れました。朝早く到着しbaggageを預けられたとはいえ長時間のフライト後で体力が限界に近かったのでとてもありがたかったです。部屋はシングルでしたが、ベッドの大きさ・部屋の広さは写真で拝見したよりもゆとりがあり、バスルームもとても清潔で滞在中とにかく快適に過ごせました。またオスロに滞在する際は泊まりたいと思います。"
