"I debated writing this review but after staying in 3 other rentals during our trip, this was the only disappointing booking we had. We arrived & the overhead garage door was left up, with the door connecting into the house unlocked. Check in instructions stated there would be a lock box near the door with a house key, so immediatly I messaged the host asking if I should be concerned. Upon entering the home it was very noticeable that none of the floors had be cleaned. After getting a response...

"My friend and I wanted to get our families together like we’ve done before over Labor Day and Harlan Reservoir is the perfect place between KC and Denver. The house fit our families well. The kitchen is nicely organized and has lots of utensils, there’s plenty of couch space and the beds were comfortable. "

"Stayed for a couple of nights during a family gathering at the lake. Easy to locate and good neighborhood. Clean and comfortable with plenty of room inside and parking outside. Beds were comfortable, pull-out couch left a little too be desired, but it worked for the teenager."
