The room was clean, today and warm even if a little dated. The staff (Charles) on the second morning was very attentive and friendly.
Perfect location for the horse racing event at Sandown and access to the train for a trip to London too.

As always this hotel was fabulous. The rooms are large and very spacious. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The 2 staff that went above and beyond were Stan from the bar and Alexandria from the VIP bar.
This hotel is highly recommended.
