「Best hotel」

「We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The cook, Nargiz, was amazing and very hospitable. She was always checking around to make sure everything was going well and that everyone was happy. We truly loved our experience and will definitely visit this hotel again! Highly recommended.」

「Staff is NOT cooperative.」

「Good for couples」

「Foreigners beware, I left my stay feeing cheated and disrespected. I felt cheated because an employee led me to a change-making machine on site that stole my money. Every day the employee said he would get my money back the next day, but then I had to leave. I thought it was a machine error, but then I saw him doing the same to another guest. I had an associate call back to inquire and the employee said they wouldn't do anything else and hung up. I found out this is called the 'Guided ATM...

「Perfect stay for a solo traveller. The gentlemen behind reception were very accommodating. Room was substantial and clean. The breakfast was adequate, unfortunately there wasn’t anything I really liked so skipped it most mornings and ate elsewhere. My bathroom did flood one evening. Resulting in the night porter having to bring towels and a mop up to my room at midnight but was resolved efficiently. There was slight language barriers which made it had to communicate and resulted into speaking...
