Awesome place to stay for a few nights in Hoi An. Location is right where you want it to be, super convenient to visit the old town. Breakfast was delicious and the host was very helpful with booking transport and tours.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Lan Uyen. The staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast plentiful and delicious, and the property safe and quiet. I was surprised with how quiet the property was given its proximity to the night life, but it was surprisingly quiet.

Little Gem in Hoi An

Mrs Thuy is so helpful, sorted out getting a huge pile of laundry done for us and organised trips, nothing was too much trouble. Location is amazing, just a few steps from the Japanese bridge into the old quarter. Room was much nicer than we expected for the price, very comfortable.

We loved Thuy and her family, they were very kind and helpful. The free breakfast options were very good and convenient. There was insanely loud construction that started at 7am every day we stayed, but overall it was a good stay.

We were made to feel very comfortable and welcome. Included tasty breakfast. Can not beat the location for accessing everything in the Ancient Town area of Hoi An. Very quiet at night considering how close you are to the nightlife.

Everyone was friendly and always asked if we were ok or needed anything. It’s very clean. Boutique Hotels are common in this area, located in the alleys. Many restaurants, massage, shopping are located in the alleys. There is a small quaint coffee shop with healthy eating called Shelter Cafe. Step out of the Homestay, go left and it’s on your right hand side. The Night Shopping is just a few feet away, all in walking distance!! Lan Uyen Homestay was was wonderful. Only thing was those beautiful wood stairs I had to climb to the third floor. I’m not in shape! 😊

Very good location. Friendly family offered good breakfast. The only negative thing was that the water temperature can change from cold to very hot randomly( without your input). Be very careful when taking a shower!!!

Lovely stay in Hoi an

This was one of our favourite stays in Vietnam so far. We were welcomed with the biggest hospitality. It was very clean and comfortable. The shuttle service to the airport was excellent. I will add that you are super close to the bars (very convenient) and there is noise from there until midnight. No worries for us though. Recommend

We loved this place. Thuy gave us a warm welcome and excellent tips where to go in the city. We had a welcome passionfruit drink which was made from fresh fruit and super delicious. She spontaneously booked us into a lantern making class which was great fun for our small girl group and an excellent advise. We had a spacious and clean room. The breakfast started with fresh fruits and lovely choice between omelette and local dishes which were all tasty. The staff was sweet and lovely at all time and the location of the homestay was amazingly placed in the old town of Hoi An almost by the river. Roundabout it was an enchanting stay for us.

Had an excellent stay at Lan Uyen Homestay. Clean room, cold air conditioning. Mrs Thuy was kind and friendly, helped us with booking tour, rented a scooter and arranged airport drop off. Homestay located in the center of Hoi An old town, just a few steps to the river. Highly recommended, will definitely stay here again when we visit Hoi An again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Welcoming and comfortable place

We loved our stay. The hotel is close to everything but being just a block off meant it was quiet and convenient. The staff is incredibly helpful. When we checked in, she went thru the sites and asked if we needed any help with tours. She also knew where to go in town for specific things. She also arranged our pick up and drop off at the train station in Da Nang.

The home stay is all round a great place to stay, location is perfect, rooms are clean with hot showers, fridge and air con. Ms Thuy and her family are very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early for check in and received water and fruit after a long night bus. They also managed to check us in earlier than it states. Would definitely come back.

I had a lovely 5 night stay at Homestay Lan Uyên in Hoi An. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a modern bathroom, and the whole property is very clean. Ms Thủy the manager was welcoming and helpful, she arranged laundry, day tours, and airport transfers for me. The family were all very friendly and helpful. The property is right in the centre of Hoi An, with easy walking to restaurants and markets. My room was at the front of the property so I got some noise from the nearby bars/live music, but that stopped by about 9:30pm each evening. I would happily stay here again.
