Holiday in 300 years old, listed mill in an idyllic location

The holiday home in the Hassberge Nature Park in Lower Franconia, Bavaria, offers with its romantic secluded location on a stream a lot of recreational opportunities. The house with a total of about 200 square meters of living space offers space for groups or families up to 12 people and more. The 4 bedrooms are newly renovated and lovingly furnished with old furniture and together contain 9 beds. Further sleeping options are available on 2 sofa beds, a dormitory in the loft or in the caravan, which serves as a garden shed.
Underground parking for motorbikes or motorcycles is available and pets are welcome.

Gemütliche Tage in der wunderschönen Mühle

Die Mühle ist traumhaft schön und der Aufenthaltsraum mit riesiger Sofalandschaft, großem Tisch und einem Kachelofen unglaublich gemütlich. Wir wurden sehr nett in Empfang genommen und umsorgt und werden die Mühle auf jeden Fall im Umfeld weiterempfehlen!

Sehr angenehme Vermieter, freundlich und entgegenkommend. Es war alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Wunderbar restaurierte alte Mühle, sehr schön eingerichtet, eigene Quelle fürs Trinkwasser (!), naturverbundener Garten mit einladenden Lauben und Tisch unterm Walnussbaum, Tischtennisspielen haben wir auch genossen.. Innen sehr stilvolle alte Möbel, sehr gemütlich und komfortabel. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke für die freundliche Aufnahme und das Entgegenkommen!

Wer mal einen Gang zurück schalten möchte, ist in der Hessenmühle genau richtig. Einst eine alte Wassermühle ist es heute ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz für jung und alt. Ob Grillen, Tischtennis, schaukeln unterm Nußbaum oder einfach nur schillen, alles ist möglich.Die netten Vermieter stehen zu jeder Zeit bei Fragen oder Wünschen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben uns sehr schnell wie zu Hause gefühlt und können dieses einmalige Denkmal nur weiter empfehlen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Fam. rich

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist super toll eingerichtet mit vielen praktischen Dingen. Genug Handtücher, Geschirr, Tabs für den Geschirrspüler, Toilettenpapier, Handseife und vieles mehr. Leider ist nicht wirklich beschrieben, wie eng man mit den Vermietern wohnt. z.B. Direkte Türe vom großen Aufenthaltsraum in die Wohnung des Vermieters. Gespräche können beidseits bestens mitgehört werden. Ansonsten ein tolles Ambiente!

Super schöne Mühle

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Mühle, sowie der authentische Außenbereich lädt zum Entschleunigen ein. Man fühlt sich teilweise wie im Freilandmuseum und das ist wunderbar. Es gibt viel zu entdecken. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist der Ort perfekt. Das Vermieter Ehepaar war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch immer mit Ausflugstips inspiriert. Wir sagen ganz klar Daumen hoch! Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt super.

Flair alter Zeiten

Das Haus ist die hintere Hälfte der Mühle, im Vorderteil leben die Vermieter. Wir mögen alte Möbel und den Flair der alten Zeit, so gefiel uns die Einrichtung. Das Ess-/Wohnzimmer ist etwas dunkel, aber wir konnten bei schönem Wetter ja viel raus in den wunderschönen Gartenbereich. Was wir nicht wussten ist, dass der Wohnbereich im 1. und 2. Stock liegt, das Erdgeschoss ist Haustechnik und Waschküche, was vom Vermieter über den Eingang des Ferienhauses häufig betreten wird. Das beeinträchtigt die Privatsphäre schon. Man fühlt sich etwas beobachtet. Schade.
