"I called at 9:30am to inquire about early check in as I had a five hour drive Elijah said 1:30 would be okay I got to the hotel at 1:45 and was told by Breanna that he was in training and they don’t offer early check in to sit in my car until 3. When I did check in whoever it was is not friendly and the whole process was stale and awkward. I got to my room on the second floor after walking two hallways and taking the stairs because this facility has no elevator and they of course out my right next to the stairs door so all I heard all night was bang bang bang. On top of that there was a hole in my ceiling that a spider was hanging out in, cobwebs behind the bed, the shower was dirty, I spilled some lemonade so I wiped up the floor and surrounding area and the rag came up black. It was gross. Good thing I brought my own linens as well and the pillows are garbage. If you can pick anywhere else please do so."

"Room was clean. No water pressure. Breakfast ok. Toast, sausage, hashbrowns, and some sheet pancake?They can't control the neighbors, but a barking dog left outside was a turn off. Bed was very uncomfortable and there was extension cords left around. Wires are easily managed with a few dollar items from Amazon. It was cheaply priced but we left early due to bed and weather (second part not their fault. 3 stars"

"Needs maintenance. The downstairs window ac was broken 84-90 the whole stay on the main floor. They were still cleaning when we arrived. Wasp nest on front porch. Cabinet door hanging in kitchen. Fairy lights on porch broken. Light bulb needs replaced in upper bedroom. Screws loose in bedframe on main floor. Ant infestation. Hot tub was 94. Took full day to warm up. Only like 8 of the 50 jets worked. The grill only 2 out of 4 burners worked. The 2 that did work were so covered in grease, they caught fire. The young lady working at check out was friendly, knowledgeable, and sweet"

"The keys had just been changed and didn't work for the room. I had to drive back to the check in location and was told that it was my error and I should meet with the cleaning lady. The cleaning lady watched me try and saw the keys did not work properly so she lent me hers. A bat was in our room and was flying around during our attempt at sleep. We had to catch it ourselves because no one was on the premises to assist. This caused a lack of sleep for about 2-3 hours. Food was mediocre."

"Was confused about the listing. Said to be pet friendly but in the house rules it said no pets. Boarded our dog for the weekend but during check in it asked how many pets I would be bringing. Confused. Really enjoyed the place. Fit our needs perfectly clean"
