The breakfast staff was also rude and did not speak English, simply pointing at a sign instead of politely explaining the rule. This negatively affected my overall impression of the hotel."

"There are 3 basics any hotel can get right. 1. A good bed. They got this right. 2. A good shower. They got this right. 3. Good towels. Not quite. Their towels are too thin and too rough. Other aspects were excellent. Coffee and tea from a machine at reception all day, a well equipped kitchenette, Bluetooth speakers in the room and nice touches to the decor made it a lovely place to stay. I will look for this brand again. "
