「Our problems began at check-in. There was no staff available to assist us, and we were left running from pillar to post trying to find parking even though they charged 35 chf per night for parking. It was 4 blocks away and Was hard to locate the apartment, and figure out how to gain access. After a long journey, this was extremely frustrating and stressful. 「Excellent place to stay with our two children and mother in law (3 adults plus 2 children). Location was convenient to all of the Lucerne activities, 15 -20 minute drive. Location was also convenient to grocery stores where we stocked up for items to make breakfast, lunch, and dinners. Plenty of space and the children loved all of the toys and books provided, nice touch!」
