"The property is as listed. Clean, well located for our needs. I would like to have had the arrival information earlier-we got key codes same day as check-in. Host is very responsive to outreach and handled a problem with key code lock right away. Annoying barking small dog somewhere in the building (?) not the fault of host. We intend to stay here again so that says more than anything else."

"Good overall place, didnt have elevator so plan for that, room was clean and very spacious. Area was a little sketchy sometimes and late at night but overall safe"

"The place was really nice. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Location is great. Close to public transportation and countless restaurants, in fact, too many options. Host is great and I have to say that the rules manual helps us a lot. The only thing that was not too good was air conditioning but they have electric fans around the house. If I go to New Jersey/New York in the future, definitely will rent this place again. I really recommend this place 100%"

"The location in Hoboken is great with good bars and cafes nearby and easy access to Manhattan via PATH train. Check in and check out was super easy and the unit was clean and accurately described with 3 beds and the fold out couch. The only minor critique I have is that the lockbox for the keys was difficult to open/close and there was only one set of keys to share between 5 people. That isn't enough to effect the rating though, and I would definitely recommend this unit to others."
