"Great property, awesome area and super close to everything including the PATH station. Get's a little loud later at night on weekends but that's just part of the charm of the area. Great food everywhere and the unit was perfect. Book with confidence."

"We are very happy with the stay and the location. The apartment was very clean and perfect for just me and my wife. The location is super safe and has an amazing coffee shop nearby. It is also located right next to Washington street which has so many stores, restaurants, 711, etc nearby. It is also located very close to the bus stop which takes you directly to manhattan (bus 126) and you can also take the Ferry straight (the ferry is about 20 minutes walk away). The apartment is also located right next to the water. The host was very accommodating and communicative with us. She made sure to answer all our questions and gave us great recommendations for the area. We highly recommend this stay for everyone coming to visit NCY but don’t want to be too close to the city. Hoboken is also a beautiful city and would definitely come back for a visit."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Hoboken gem of a property! It was just what we needed for our recent quick visit. I hadn’t been to Hoboken in years and it was just as charming as I remembered . Beautiful location close to restaurants, grocery, etc. Plus super easy access to NYC. Joseph was great with communication and offer to help with anything needed! We will return! Thank you!"

"Traveled with my 12yo daughter and GF. The condo was very nice. Host was very responsive and accommodating. We needed a hair dryer and he had one delivered as quick as possible. The building and neighborhood were quiet. Close to Hoboken station, bus stops, and HDLR stop. Many restaurants nearby."
