"I enjoyed how spacious the rental is and well stocked with nice kitchenware and appliances, etc. The neighborhood is safe and lovely. So very close to all the shops and dining on Washington Street. I highly recommend Jefferson Coffee which is across 6th from O'Bagel. Delicious coffee and sweet breads. Communication with my host was top notch. Thank you! Will come back "

"Loved my stay at Cozy Corner! Great neighborhood and great little apt! They have an elevator (I've had to lug my suitcase up three flights of stairs at a different VRBO) and you're just a block away from Washington St. - Hoboken's main drag. Tons of restaurants and shops. You get a little street noise - but that happens in a city. And AJ was a great host! Definitely recommend Cozy Corner!"

"Clean and spacious property. Communication prior to check in is very good. Hoboken is a walkable city but property is about a 20 minute walk from the Hoboken train station. Property is located next door to a mini mart and laundromat. Residents hang out in front of these properties late into the evening and it’s noisy and you can hear the loud conversations on the street well into the late hours particularly from the back bedrooms. While the residents in the neighborhood gather in front of these shops to chat they are respectful and I did not feel intimidated or in danger coming and going."
