"I found the sparce decor a disadvantage to the traveler. Clothing storage was abysmal, no slip resistance mat in shower (floor tile was high polish and dangerous) and when n we got in the room one TV remote was missing and one phone was not working. For the price of the room this was very disappointing. "

"Clean and spacious property. Communication prior to check in is very good. Hoboken is a walkable city but property is about a 20 minute walk from the Hoboken train station. Property is located next door to a mini mart and laundromat. Residents hang out in front of these properties late into the evening and it’s noisy and you can hear the loud conversations on the street well into the late hours particularly from the back bedrooms. While the residents in the neighborhood gather in front of these shops to chat they are respectful and I did not feel intimidated or in danger coming and going."

"Great spot to explore the area from. Kitchen and living room had everything we needed. Bathroom was roomy and water pressure was good. Mattresses are very firm, which we found difficult to sleep on. We also didn’t realize what a railroad style apartment meant until we got there. This problem is easily solved if you’re okay leaving the front door and bathroom door unlocked so the bathroom can be accessed without going thru the other bedroom. Apartment is up a couple of flights of stairs. Overall felt safe and satisfied with what we paid and where we stayed for 6 days. Joe was easy to communicate with and the coffee was well stocked. "

"Safe neighborhood- easy commute to NYC- about a 10 minute walk to the train station (well lit). Toasty warm inside for our December trip. Great communication from the host.Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the kitchen/living room area. "

"The apartment was clean and warm and spacious enough for two adults. It was really easy to find and access especially being both by the PATH and Washington St. The kitchen had enough supplies to make a few small meals, and the bathroom was spacious. Quiet neighbors/neighborhood. "
