「Place is clean」

「The room was clean, breakfast was good with lots of choices. Kris was very helpful with our large party. It goes down hill when Saturday night fire alarm, 11:30pm, had us evacuate. From then on, the elevator was out of order. We're on the 4th flr, no one ever asked if we would like a room change to a lower floor. It would have been nice if someone from the hotel reached out to ask how we were or gave us an option. I will never stay here again because no one made an attempt to reach out to any of...

「Gym was closed. There’s no vending machines. The bedding on one bed was filthy and smelled like arm pits. The carpet was sticky and felt awful. Hair in shower. Only shower. Tub filler was stuck up. Reeked of skunk weed.」

「Arrived late (2am) due to flight delay and when arrived no one was at front desk to check me in. I was calling for 30 mins and was thinking about where I would stay for the night if no one showed up. Finally front desk woke up and checked me in!」

「THERE WERE MANY ROACHES "breakfast included" is a waste of money, its just 3 different kinds of packaged items, orange juice and coffee that mostly tastes water. At night there were kids running, and screaming, stayed two nights and it was the same for both nights. A very strong smell of Marijuana」

「While we liked the location, the hotel was not maintained. The breakfast was useless. The juice machine was broken, the fruit was rotten and there was no bread. The TV is working only part of the time and the toaster was broken. Never the less, we had a pleasant time at the hotel.」
