"The location suited us. Mantra has now taken this over and apparently upgrading the site. Staff need the same upgrade. Most of the times they are not readily available, make mistakes and it feels like they are not interested in you as the customer."

"The room was immaculate and comfortable. Maybe a tiny bit loud from the bathroom fan, but that may be able to be switched off and we just couldn’t figure out how. I would recommend seeing if softer pillows are available if you prefer as we found the ones on the bed a little too firm."
