Check in was a little chaotic. The weekend crowd was overwhelming. It happened the company's trip was booked on the same weekend that we booked. The three elevators were over capacity. I booked an oceanview room. The photo on Expedia showed from the room was all oceanview. However, I got the corner room, it's showed city view and partial oceanview. I called the front desk and they said it's a oceanview room. They explained that their wording of 100% oceanview is oceanfront view. This is conflicting with the photo on Expedia website. However, the front desk made a quick room change to oceanview room as is on Expedia website. I appreciated their quick response for the switch.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to the beach. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I am gonna rate five stars for all. Just only thing which makes me rate 4 star is that the staff has authorised a maintenance guy to enter into my room without my consent due to miscommunication, which is unacceptable. The other thing is room is not sound proof enough as during the night kids and drunken tourists are so annoyed, which can be fixed. Otherwise, all is good for me. Good location, good restaurants are nearby, easy to access to anywhere in Quy Nhon, and staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommended.
