Staff were courteous and kind. Pool was cool and shaded on the afternoon which was nice in the heat. Property was quiet on the inside (traffic outside was busy). We would stay again.

Very close to Russian Market. Not too far from restaurants and other markets. Many other restaurants in District 1 are within 20 minutes walk or 5-10 minutes Grab ride.

An Ok stay. A little bit run down and ok for a short stay. Pool is small loungers uncomfortable and only 4-5. Overall an OK hotel. Area around the hotel is dirty but then again much of HCMC is full is street rubbish

Friendly staff, it was easy to walk around, very close to the city centre, lots of great dining options around. The view from the roof top was very nice, pool was clean.

The bed sheets/blankets, old, discolored, smelly. The smelly bed and mats made it very difficult for me to sleep. The hallway/elevators are very dirty and smell, look like they never mop. It was misleading on the ad. They post the price for regular hotel room, but when I checked in they said it was a capsule hotel room. That mean, I have to share public bathroom with other peoples. Then, I have to pay extra 800 K VND (about $40) dollars to upgrade to a room with bathroom inside. I wouldn't come back to this hotel.

Location is great and the staff friendly but the bed was super hard (no box spring) and hot water ran out after the first day we were there (stayed 3 nights total), small pool area for the size of the hotel.
