It was a pleasant stay. Everything is just around the hotel, from spas, the famous market, dining, it’s all there! Breakfast had a variety of options. Edward was very helpful, even booked the Hop On Hop Off for us and had the bus pick us up from the hotel. Will stay again.

It’s a lovely hotel conveniently situated near the central market, the Independence Palace and the walking streets. The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff very helpful. There’s a few restaurants on the same road that are nice too.

Nice confsble beds in a great location with plenty to do on the doorstep water theatre show was brilliant , be careful as there are three in the chain so make sure which one your staying at . breakfast was very good b plenty of choice we look forward to staying again

i have 0 negative things to say about this place. the location, the staff, the breakfast, all were amazing. i have mixed feelings about the room because it was windowless, but then i slept so deeply in the darkness that i did kind of see it as a plus.

The staff were lovely. I got very ill with food poisoning in the middle of the night and the concierge didn't hesitate to take my daughter by motorbike to a chemist for medication. The next day someone brought me ginger tea unasked and when I managed to get up a lady cleaning the mirror in the lift was patting my belly, asking if I was ok. Only thing would be the air con was a little noisy.

Nicer than home!

Nhat Ha has an excellent team. Thomas, the bell captain, and the his team are quick to help with bags, help with cars and always service with a smile. The check in staff are efficient, helpful and friendly. Louis and his team at the buffet always had a great looking buffet breakfast. Stocked and restocked as needed - always neat and clean looking with helpful and friendly staff.

Everything else is fine. Room is clean and has nice city view. Delicious breakfast buffet with western and Asian foods. The exhaust fan in the bathroom Room 1005 needs work.
