연박은 비추합니다.

10박 11일 머물렀습니다. 연박을 하면 세탁이 무료라길래 좋았지요. 처음 빨래 맡기고 3일만에 받았고, 컴플레인 후로는 다음날 받았습니다. 룸에 있는 미니바? 처음부터 비치되지 않은 것들이 나중에 체크아웃 하면서 청구되었습니다. 증거를 안남긴게 후회되네요. 청소는 시간이 정해져있지 않고 내키는대로 와서 하려 합니다. 청소를 안한 날도 몇일됩니다. 이런 날은 물도 수건도 안주니 일일히 컴플레인 해야 합니다. 전체적으로 호텔은 쾌적하나 서비스가 부족해서 신경쓰고 대응하느라 스트레스 좀 받으실겁니다.

독특한 외관, 적당한 가격, 친절한 직원

7군 호텔중 대형업체(프레이저, 오크우드등)을 제외하고 중저가 호텔중에선 단연 선두 주자임, 가족 경영위주 혹은 오너이외 소수의 종업원만 근무하는 형태가 아닌 숙박업을 하는 기업형태로 보임. 유니폼(티셔츠)를 갖춘 다수 직원이 교대 근무하며, 청소 및 기타 요구사항 응대함. 청결도 높고 침구 및 타월 관리역시 잘되고 있으나 실내화는 일회용이 아니라 좀 찜찜함.
