Small parking area and unprofessional reception staff because I requested a twin bed room and they refuse to give it to me saying that i checked in late!! So i contacted expedia.com and they convince them to give me the room.

Friendliness and attentiveness of staff was exceptional.

We booked several hotels for our stay in Dubai and used this hotel for the last night, booked 2 rooms but when we arrived for check in apparently only 1 was showing on their system. I then had to evidence my reservation so another room was booked for me. That wasnt pleasant. It wasn't a warm welcome or check in. Staff were professional but not friendly or nice so on that basis I didnt feel excited. I had to ask about events & facilities as this wasnt mentioned to me. I found that extremely odd considering it was quiet and not a single other customer was at check in or in the lounge area so they were not busy at all! Breakfast the next day was different. We had a host who kept coming over and checking on us, at one point I wanted to ask to leave us alone it was too much. I called to ask for late checkout and was told I would get a call back, I then waited 2 hours and then called again and was told yes until 4pm and theyre sorry this wasnt communicated. I called at 3.45 pm To ask for assistance with luggage and waited in my room rather than leaving my belongings. At 4.30 pm! I had a call asking if I wanted to extend my stay as I hadn't checked out, I explained ive been waiting for assistance with cases. The lack of communication really let it down, I wasnt happy at all. The pool was ok, nothing to shout about for this hotel for me sadly. Other than the toiletries in the bathroom.

Spa What a lovely spa and amazing facilities. The massage was so so so good. I have never experienced a massage so good. It was lovely. The white Company products in the spa showers was great, they smell gorgeous 👌 Staff Staff are so friendly and helpful, helping with many things, never turn you down, they go above and beyond. Pool The pool area is breezy and relaxing 😎 Room size It was worth to upgrade to the bigger room Thank You Hyatt Regency Hotel Dubai Creek Heights
