We enjoyed the stay very much. The room is smartly designed. The bedding is comfortable. The view of the harbor is an added bonus. The breakfast has incredible selection of food from Japanese to western.

This was the perfect stay for our one night in Hakodate, but wish we could have staying longer to explore the city and enjoy this wonderful hotel! The amenities are top notch, from the private and public onsen, to the complimentary drinks and snacks, to the beautiful and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is such an array of Japanese food and loved the late night ramen. Such a nice way to unwind after a day of train travel. Really enjoyed the views from the property and truly felt relaxed here.

The dinner buffet was amazing! It was simply the best hotel buffet I had ever had. Also, the spa allowed me to fully relax from my journey. All these amazing experiences were well guided by the friendly staff who always tried their best to enhance the hospitality.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. Attached to JR Hakodate station. Surrounded by great places to eat. Lucky Pierrot is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel along the ocean. Will definitely stay here again.

booked a smoking, twin bed room since it was the only one available, we were hoping to change once we got there. arrived a couple of hours early hoping to check in early but our room was not ready and we were not able to get a non-smoking room. the front desk person assured us that it will not smell like smoke and it did not. we were surprise to see how big the room was, had a lanai where we could see the red brick warehouse, the ports and Hakodate mountain. very close to the morning market...

Though the room wasn’t overly large, the beds were very comfortable. We had some freezer packs from a cooler that the front desk staff kindly re-froze for us in their freezer, since the room only has a refrigerator. The buffet breakfast was very nice as well. Happy with the stay. Conveniently located not too far from the popular Hakodate attractions.

An excellent value in the immediate vicinity of Hakodate station! Nice breakfast buffet and onsen facilities as well!

Great hotel, close to everything and the bath/onsen was incredible....wouod stay at again.
