"This was the perfect home away from home. The host was very welcoming and friendly. The house was cute and cozy and had everything we needed. There were so many little extra things sitting around to enjoy, like books and games, and a Jenga guest book! There were even treats for your dog, and cat treats to give to the neighbor’s kitty when she visits! The bed was very comfortable, so were the pillows, and I’m usually a pillow snob! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and there’s a great little coffee shop right down the road with a cool vibe. We would definitely consider staying here again the next time we come down! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"We needed fully furnished place to stay while we were waiting for our new home to be ready. This place was great. It had all the amenities that we needed. But, the best of all was the owner. She was so quick to respond anytime we needed anything or just had a question. Her communication was outstanding. Made us feel like we had nothing to worry about. And she was so accomadating. When we needed to extend our stay for a few days she made it seemless. "

"We had 3 families staying in this home for a softball tournament. The double bunk room was perfect for the players to share, and the parents each had their own rooms. The pullout sofa was perfect for the little kids. The roof top patio was awesome for the adults! We were also there for the 4th of July and had a 360 degree view of fireworks on the lake! The restaurant on property was also fun for happy hour and the food was great! If you are staying here for tournaments, you are about 30-45 minutes from the fields, but I felt like the travel time was still so worth it to stay here! We also went to Broadway 2x, and it was only a 30 minute drive. If we’re ever back in Nashville with friends, we will definitely stay here again. Thanks so much! "
