Great location! Loved our room and the pool/gym. Having breakfast included would pit this over the top!

Overall we had a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly, the location was ideal (close to the Whitecaps game) and the 1 bedroom suite was comfortable. A couple draw backs was that I didn't realize at the time of checkin (and missed a subsequent email) that the timeshare/condo units at Rosedale do not include shampoo/conditioner which was a little bit of an inconvenience when you are staying for a few nights.

No continental breakfast but they give coupons for the restaurants next door which were great. Great location. Can be a little loud but windows are well built for sound but if you’re a light sleeper like me earplugs are a must. Great rooms, nice lighting lots of windows!

Overall the stay was good, but disappointing that they were experiencing so many issues -- unable to access parking to/from the lobby, lounge/breakfast area closed under construction, only one of three elevators seemed to be working, etc. Pool area closing ridiculously early at 7pm even when there was no evening event scheduled at the nightclub (shared space). Rooms were reasonably nice and well-appointed. Had to call staff and long waits to obtain simple things like ice and drinking water, but overall staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Hopefully, things are improving with this property and we would consider staying again if so.

Staff is great. Good central location. Rooms smell a little funky because you can’t open the windows. But they are clean and beds are comfy.
