「Clean and staff was amazing」

「The only improvement that could be made is a fold out table to put your things on, otherwise everything is great. The bed was very comfortable and i enjoyed having the screen door so you could have the main door open and still have a breeze.」

「We were able to walk everywhere. Except to Cade’s Cove and Wildside Adventures.」

「Loved the location and great buffet breakfast. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Balconies were great. The stay would have been a little better with a mini fridge in the room. Also needed more outlets to charge phones, but we realize it is an older hotel.」

「As always, I did so much research with stays in the area. Great place to stay for visiting the national park and convenient to downtown Gatlinburg but not in the center of crowds and noise. Amazing value and I would highly recommend. Decor and pictures of history of AT made it extra special.」

「特にありません。コーヒーが備え付けで、ロビー等でもらえるともっと良い。」

「No breakfast.」

「Overall friendly staff! Was slightly put off by a 4:00 checking but my room wasn’t ready till 5:30. Advertised as having a continental breakfast but could not find it. Only food available was at high cost. $4.00 for a bottled water? The back sitting area was awesome with a nice gas fire pit. The hot tub and indoor pool were very nice. Overall, my wife and I had a nice time and the hotel was very clean.」
