"We were there because it is right next to Albany Medical Center. They were extremely helpful. It was restful and provides a bit of sanity when you need it due to a family member that is going to the hospital for surgery. This is where you want to be."

"Didn't know there was a $20 charge for parking. You could also hear other hotel guests in the next room. Also hear alot of slamming doors whwn trying to sleep. "

"I booked a room to celebrate my mom and sisters birthdays I called in advance and asked if we’d have any problems having a girls slumber party and they said they were all set and we’d have no problems. 10 pm on a Saturday night we’re playing a card game and laughing- no music, no tv, just chatting and the room next door complained- the walls are thin. Instead of making sure we were supported in advance as requested they put us next to people and asked us if we wanted to move because they were complaining- they should have offered to move them and honestly they should have put us somewhere where talking isn’t a problem. It wasn’t even late. We toned it down and started to get ready for bed and they come again and say they are complaining Really obnoxious and poor planning. I won’t stay again I’ve never had a problem staying somewhere and being asked to be quiet before midnight on a weekend like there were quiet hours or something Rediculous"

"My work trip got extended for a week, so this was a last second booking. The internet was decent. Loved the Ms. Pac Man arcade. I didn't even think about using the pool table. All the dishes were dirty. I refused to use them, and i even washed some of them just because. No paper towels, and not much toilet tissue. Make sure to bring some if stay. The water pressure in the shower isn't that good either. I wouldn't stay there for an extended time, but it was ok in a pinch."
