"Beautiful Resort, But Our Experience Fell Short The resort itself is beautiful, modern, and recently renovated, but unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing due to several service, communication, and maintenance issues. The biggest frustration was not having access to the TV for our entire stay. We were told this was a known issue, yet no one informed us upon arrival or proactively offered an alternative. Our butler, Michael, was kind, apologetic, and genuinely caring, but management did not show the same level of concern. We asked about a possible accommodation, such as elite passes or another gesture, but our request was essentially ignored. Our arrival was also underwhelming. We did not receive welcome drinks, beach towel cards, Wi-Fi instructions, or an overview of the resort amenities/app. Ironically, we were quickly approached about a timeshare presentation before anyone properly welcomed or oriented us. Our swim-up suite was beautiful, but the motion/light sensor above the bed repeatedly flashed during the night, disrupting our sleep. We also experienced construction debris and paint chips falling from the suite above into our room and private swim-up area. Despite these issues, we loved the modern renovations, enjoyed the property once we got acclimated, and had a great experience at Koi. Michael deserves special recognition for being kind and attentive throughout our stay. The resort has tremendous potential, but the service and communication nee"

"Overall good experience but if they improve few things it could be top notch. Room was clean, welcoming and modern. Buffet food was better than most resorts. Restaurants could improve service and food quality. Groun are beauitful and well maintained. Beach is nice and wasn't super crowded. Their infinity pool is amazing, very clean and stunning views."
