"The property was very beautiful. It was clean. Staff was nice. The only issue was the food could’ve been better. The hibachi place was the best food that I ever ate especially on a resort. The Mexican food wasn’t good. It was too much salt in the food the buffet that’s so breakfast lunch and dinner food was OK."

"The staff was very helpful we had Baroni Rodriguez as or personal assistant he was excelent took care of restaurant reservations taxi and many other thing hotel was pretty good my whole family enjoyed will do it again. The view from room was excelent bars and food top notch"

"We recently visited and had a wonderful experience. The pool just needs a bit of attention, but overall, I thoroughly enjoyed all the evening shows, and the food was good with a little extra effort, it could be truly outstanding. A special thank you to our personal butler, Fabio Mota, who made our stay so pleasant and smooth. We really appreciated it! Excursions booked through the hotel were more professional and organized."

"Excellent customer service from the time we walked on to the property. Everyone was fantastic, very kind, service with a smile, and made you feel truly welcome. This was our best trip with the family and our 7th trip to the Hard Rock Resort and Casino. We are making plans to visit again in 2027. Punta Cana is the best!!!"
