"My niece and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Breathless. The rooms were clean, light and airy. The beds were incredibly firm and comfortable. Housekeeping staff were amazing and did a great job replenishing our towels without us asking. The entire staff from service to entertainment were fantastic and welcoming. A special thank you to Julio for helping us get a taxi to the airport after our prearranged driver with Talixo bailed on us and purposely ignored our messages and phone calls. The pools were amazing, well kept and perfect. We fully enjoyed this and took part in the some poolside activities like the Zumba class. Great energetic teachers! The staff at the swim up bar were also great and provided speedy service. The food offered was also excellent and there was a lot of variety for every taste bud. I especially enjoyed the more traditional Dominican food options and the fruits station was top tier. I had a blast and would definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you for making my niece’s graduation trip a success!!"

"El hotel es nuevo, la comida es muy buena, tienen mucha variedad, tiene excelente parque acuático yo me lo disfruté mucho y mi hija igual, el único inconveniente y lo mencionó para que otro tengan cuidado con esto, fue que en recepción pedí por una noche más éramos 4, mi mejor amiga, yo y 2 niños, me dijeron que si tenían disponibilidad y que mi costo por esa noche extra era 438 por los 4, aceptamos y pagamos de inmediato. Al día siguiente al entregar la habitación nos querían cobrar 230 dólares más con la excusa que los niños no fueron incluidos en el cobro de la noche extra y era error de su personal. Lógico les reclame y les hice un show, ya que no querían dejarme ir sin pagar, según su gerente, tenía que obligatoria mente pagar por el error de ellos, tuvieron que dejarme ir sin que les pagara, ya que les amenacé con llamar la policía, No les hiba regalar mi dinero por supuesto error de ellos aparte de que una noche 600 dólares era demasiado. Cuando mi reserva por 2 noche fue de 880. Tenga muy en cuenta cada detalle a la hora de hacer cambios de su reserva con ellos."
