"Si tuviera que decir algo que me hizo sentir mal y pasar muy mal rato, son las personas que tratan de venderte una membresía al club de vacaciones, te llevan a la presentación a través de palabras engañosas y luego te dicen que no hay compromiso de comprar pero resulta muy muy difícil levantarte de ahí y te roban aproximadamente 2 horas de tu día, y eso si logras salirte. Terrible experiencia por ese aspecto. Fuera de eso el personal, la limpieza, la comida y el hotel en general me encantó, y siento que si volvería a ir."

"Amazing respect for an affordable price! The beach did have tons of sargassum so we stuck to the pools but it was sargassum season so no fault of the resorts! They were out actively cleaning it everyday. Beautiful resort with pretty good food. We went for a girls trip and had a great time"

"The staff, specifically Leoncio was so amazing to see every morning he was such a positive friendly person. All the staff was amazing. We only had an issue one evening when we went into the sports bar. The staff were very rude and were talking about us in front of us. We didn’t visit the sports bar again. Overall a great experience."
