"The resort was gorgeous. Lots to do. Pools were clean and huge.The staff was helpful and friendly. Food was ok. We were on 4th floor and elevator was out of commission. Also, the ice machine wasn't working, but out butler would bring us ice for two days. We still had a beautiful time."

"We had that most amazing anniversary at the Excellence. Our room was amazing, we had a private pool which we used every evening. I loved that the room had a steamer, very useful. The staff were so incredible. But the best part was the food. We loved every restaurant we went to."
