「Everyone was very kind, I was a bit sick and the staff in the restaurant kept looking at me sending hot tea to my room, which helped a lot. In general all the staff from the beginning to my last day was incredibly!

The hotel is very quiet, perfect for couples without children, travelers for business since the hotel has a very comfortable work room. This is the kind of hotel I look every time I travel to find relaxing and peace

Very humid inside the room
Can’t flash toilet papers in the toilet
Shower was too hot and too cold

"Room cleansing is the worst.
It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues.
The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal.
This place was rated harshly because it is 4 stars."
