"Really great for families with young kids. There's a kids club where they'll babysit for a few hours everyday, there are concerts and activities for kids, a kids waterpark, and kids pools. Easy access to food and restrooms outside make it a no brainer for families with young kids."

"The room was fantastic and my family had such a blast! The only real downfall, and the only reason I wouldn’t necessarily book here again is that the restaurants book up way too quickly, and the food in the buffet is subpar. The coffee in the room is also really not good, but the cappuccinos you can order at the buffet and the bars were fantastic."

"I’ve had better experiences at other resorts, and this is not a place I would personally choose again. I visited to celebrate a friend, as this was her preferred destination. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet expectations. The room was not cleaned daily and was not consistently restocked. There was no concierge available, which made it difficult to get assistance when needed. Additionally, several scheduled events either did not take place or were moved without clear communication. When we asked staff for guidance, not all were knowledgeable or able to provide accurate information. Overall, the experience lacked the level of service and organization I expect when staying at a resort."

"The resort was good, the room looks bigger on photos, the staff didn’t clean it properly, forgot to put sheets on beds, we had to phone front desk many times for them to come and clean the room. The kids club was ok, but the kids had unlimited access to uncontrolled YouTube on computers there. The animators were good but lack games for adults and seniors like lottery or bingo. The staff was friendly but many of them seemed tired, not smiling at all. The restaurants were very good overall. The beach was great. The tennis courts need more staff to play with.
