The bedroom ceiling has the water drop issue due to the air conditioning system or pipe, the staff did not checked the room condition, and assigned the room to customer. That is a very bad experience in japan trip.
5 min. walk to the Peace Memorial Park, 20 min. to Hiroshia Castle. You can get here by bus from Hiroshima Station (220yen) , get off at Peace Memoria Park. The hostel is an old type of capsule hotel but has a cosy guest lounge on the 2nd floor with a fridge, share-kitchen, coffee maker machine, free bread for breakfast. There is a locker for each of the guest (but not large to put large backpack in). The staff is kind and they will show you around in the hostel, speaks English (I guess). The capsule itself is small (as you can imagine) . All in all, reasonable price for this type of accomodation. Ah, there is a convenience store right across the street, that is good.
