Summary:
Modern traditional Japanese apartment on the island. 3 minute walk from Miyajima Pier. Accepts max of 11 people. With full kitchen, dining area, with a toilet and bath. Provides room wifi. Living room with TV with 2 bedrooms; 1 bedroom is tatami flooring. Kotatsu table can be set up during winter time. Toiletries are provided, You can experience modern and traditional Japanese feels. Perfect for big group of friends and families.

Please note: Cleaning is done one time only after you check out.

The Space:
Apartment is located on the 3rd floor. with its own private door.

Bedroom 1 :
2x Queen size bed (sleeps 4 adult)

Bedroom 2 :
3x futon ( sleeps 3 adult)
Note : futons are self service)

Living room :
2x sofa bed ( sleeps 4 adult)
Note : sofabed are self service


Total : 11 adult can sleep comfortably

The whole apartment is free for guest use, including shampoo/rinse, kitchen accessories, plates, umbrellas and other amenities. please wash it and put it back after using them, thank you.

Guest Access:
You are able to access entire unit of my apartment so you do not need to worry to share with any other guests

The Neighborhood:
Neighbourhood is in a quiet place surrounded with nature. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

Getting Around:
【By train and ferry】
To reach the ferry port from Hiroshima Station, take the JR Sanyo Line to
Miyajimaguchi Station (25 minutes, 410 yen one way, covered by the Japan Rail Pass)
Alternatively, you can take street car number 2 from central Hiroshima bound for Miyajimaguchi.
The street car is slower, but costs only 280 yen one way (not covered by the Japan Rail Pass).
From Miyajimaguchi Station, it is a short walk to the ferry pier, from where ferries depart frequently for Miyajima.
There are two competing ferry companies operating from this port: JR and Matsudai
Both companies' ferry rides take 10 minutes and both cost 180 yen one way.
The Japan Rail Pass is valid on JR ferries.
【By direct boat】
Boats connect Miyajima directly with Hiroshima Peace Park
(45 minutes, 2200 yen one way, 4000 yen round trip, 1-2 connections/hour)
and with Hiroshima Port (30 minutes, 1850 yen one way, 6-8 round trips per day).
The Japan Rail Pass is not valid on these boats.

Other Things to Note:
House comes with:

All the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover, futon mat, these are real Japanese style, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.

In my apartment, offer with 1 heater, plus each room offer with air-conditioning which provide heating and cooling air depending on your need.
Surely to keep the best comfortable temperature during your stay

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.

So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smartphone on your booking channel app.
