「We were given an upgrade...very thankful for the huge room. Great air conditioning unit..plus fans. Staff were all happy and helpful. A special thank you to Isuru from the Rooftop Restaurant and Bar. He helped me choose the right Sri Lankan option at breakfast...it was fantastic and a lot of food...all superbly cooked by the chefs. 「I was very unhappy with this accommodation, which we paid £200 per night. On arrival the hotel staff and checking was very nice, our room was on the fourth floor via the lift and very, very steep stairs to the room. The bathroom was awful totally open to the outside world view with plastic curtain which kept blowing around in the wind, when you were trying to take a shower. This wasn't shown in photo's on your website or mention in the description to this room. Also no desk in the room, or...

「I must be honest at first I was a bit sceptical about staying in this place. The pictures just didn’t make me feel like it would be a place I want to stay at. So I booked just a few days and then I ended up extending my stay and I stayed here for two weeks I absolutely loved it.
