Das Zimmer war super ruhig und tolle Matratze und Bettdecke und Kissen..Das Frühstück war sehr Auswahlreich und lecker mein Highlight frischer Saft aus Ingwer , Karotten, Sellerie, Ingwer , orangen nah Wahl . Für Langschläfer oder schnell wieder hungrige hab es so oft man will friehstuecksbrunch von 7.30h Bus 12.30h. leckere Bio Tees, frische Zitrone regionale eispezialitaeten ,...」

「Fully equipped apartment with excellent kitchen facilities. Very close to shops on main street and cable car station. Everything was spotless and brand new. Staff was very friendly and the hotel restaurant was fabulous. Just remember to bring your laundry pod if you intend to use the washing machine!」

「Lots of attractions for kids, rooms a bit small, but ok. Staff very friendly. Close to mountains and next to cable car 🚡. Lots of free parking spaces. Hotel offers free access to local transport links like busses or trains to Innsbruck, so you can leave the car in the hotel and travel by train to Innsbruck. Inside the hotel there's also train tunnel museum which is interesting and free. Food was quite nice too. Would recommend. 」

「The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...

Bei familiärer Atmosphäre und wieder sehr freundlichen Personal, welches keinen Wunsch offen ließ, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 「駅から近く古き良きオーストリアのホテルでした。 フロントの女性も感じが良くチェックインの際は民族衣装を着ていていい雰囲気でした。 今回は２食付のプランを選びましたが食事もおいしくお得感がありました。 ホテルの部屋もダブルルームのシングルユースでしたがスタンダードより少し高い料金ですが広く、歴史を感じるいい部屋でした。なによりホテルのスタッフがみんな良く、とくにレストランの人で仕事に誇りを持っていると感じる人がいて本当にこのホテルでよかったと思いました。」

「The Parkhotel Matrei has some of the most attentive and friendly staff I’ve met. The hotel gave off “home” feelings and not commercial hotel. The convenience of a front parking lot, gas station & grocery nearby was great and the rooms were perfect size for me and my many bags, as well as a space for me to get my work done. I was also given a holiday gift bag because they knew I’d be alone for the holiday. Just a great place, words don’t do them justice. Definitely will be returning some day!」

「Food was excellent with a good variety over the 7 days we were here. The spa is incredible after a day skiing. The service was hit and miss. Our waiter was great but the night he was off the substitute waitress was terrible. We experienced two eye rolling moments, from the staff!! Once when they brought an incorrect water bottle. The second time on checkout at reception. We had paid €70 to use the spa after checkout (11am) and our airport transfer 2:45pm. They said they had run out for bathrobes...
