The beach is easily accessed by elevator or one flight of stairs, then straight out to the beach on one of two boardwalks! Palmetto Dunes amenities are nearby, such as the three championship golf courses (Robert Trent Jones, Arthur Hills and Fazio), Tennis and Pickleball center, and various restaurants.

Please Note: Cleaning, re-caulking, stucco repairs, and repainting of the exterior. Work will begin in November and is expected to take several months, likely extending through March 1, 2026, depending on weather conditions and any other unforeseen circumstances. Also, extensive scaffolding will be erected around the building exterior for the duration of the project. Please understand that there is no set schedule regarding the timeline on when each unit will be affected throughout the process. This project will apply to the Barrington Court Building only.
