Just in time for the summer season, we have just added this 2 bedroom 2 bath pet friendly villa to our great selection of pet friendly offerings that are a short walk to the beach. With room for 6, this great villa is conveniently located in the Ocean Breeze Treetops complex, just off S Forest Beach Drive. With a fantastic location about 5 minutes to the beach, this villa is just about 1/2 mile to Coligny Plaza which features sops, restaurants and entertainment.
The Space:
From the minute your enter this coastal beach villa you will appreciate the pride of ownership showing throughout. Tastefully decorated in a costal theme, the beach is just a short walk from the villa. There are just 4 steps to the main floor of this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath Villa and everything is on the same level. No stairs to deal with inside the villa. The living area features a comfortable couch which converts to a sleeper for additional guests, and two comfortable arms chairs, a large flat screen TV, and easy access to the screened in porch are, a visitor favorite for morning coffee or afternoon beverages. The kitchen has all the necessities you need to prepare any type of meal if you are inclined to cook on your vacation and the dining area features a dining table for six. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat screen tv, work desk for a dedicated workspace and an upgraded ensuite with a double sink vanity and combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, flat screen tv and an upgraded adjacent full bath with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms features flat screen tvs, ceiling fans and comfortable coastal decor. With free high speed internet and cable tv, everyone will be able to stream their favorite shows in the privacy of their own rooms. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the villa to keep things fresh and clean.
We also include four beach chairs, four beach towels and a beach cart with each rental for your convenience so there is no need to pack those items. We can also provide a packnplay or high chair on request for your little ones.
Pets are permitted and require a $195 fee per stay.
Ocean Breeze / Treetops is located just about a five minute walk to the beach. The complex includes 3 swimming pools, one tennis court, a recycling drop off zone, and ample bike racks to store your bike rental. Pools are open April 1 through September 30th and are not heated. The S Forest Beach area provides easy public access to the beach for our guests via public walkways located on each side of the Marriott Ocean Grande, including public restrooms and the Loggerhead Beach Bar and Grill.
