Let me start by saying I normally don’t do reviews but just want to provide feedback for the next guests. This is not a beach front property in the traditional sense so don’t expect to see, hear or feel the beach while on property. There view from the balcony is the wall of another building and the parking lot. You do have beach access. It is a nice 9 to 10 minute walk along a wooden bridge across a marsh of land where you do see some beach front homes / buildings.
There were no washer and dryer inside the unit. This was my fault for missed reading the amenities but if I did it, someone else may have as well. This may not matter but if you did not pack you pool towel, then you may have to be creative in having enough towels for the pool and showers. Since most places I have stayed include the pool / beach towels, needless to say, we did not. We stayed 5 days and received two towels per guest. Oh only two small wine glasses so bring your is if more want to share a bottle.
The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, plates and etc but do bring dish soap, extra paper towel, trash bags,al big cutting board, seasonings and other condiments if you are going to cook regularly.
Be careful with the handles in the shower in one of the bathrooms — very hot water with loose handles where you keep turning but it won’t shut off properly. So don’t be naked in the shower while adjusting your water temperature. There’s a hole and possibly mold on the ceiling of the front bathroom. It s
