ok, So my family and I rented this property because our reservation at where we usually stay was messed up some how and we had to look for an alternative. Because we wanted to be in the area of Hilton Head were this property was located, we chose it.The cleanliness was a problem for us ,because at the property that we normally stay, the staff is very good about making sure that sheets and mattress covers and comforters are changed with all new guest. The Host was responsive to all of our concerns and worked to address them in a timely manner.*as a side note to all who may read this, don't buy the weather insurance its a rip-off...and be aware of ALL of the fees associated with this kind of travel assistance.
