The Space:

Step out onto your private patio and take in the view - a lazy lagoon stretching before you, the emerald fairways of the Shipyard Golf Club's 6th hole framing the horizon, and the sound of nature settling the pace of your day. This first-floor villa at 182 Evian sits within Shipyard's gated community, surrounded by French-inspired architecture and tree-lined streets that make the whole complex feel like a destination of its own.

 

The villa

Fully refreshed throughout, the villa features all-new flooring, new furniture, and new Sealy mattresses in every sleeping space. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas all face out toward the lagoon and golf course, so the view follows you from your morning coffee to your evening wind-down. The living room centers around a large TV with Roku, high-speed internet, free HBO and Showtime - pull out the popcorn and settle in for a family movie night. Step directly off the dining area onto the back patio to catch the tropical breeze, watch golfers work the fairway, or spot fish breaking the surface of the lagoon. The master bedroom also opens to this outdoor space.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The villa sleeps up to 7 guests across two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a single bed. A queen sleeper sofa with a new Sealy mattress provides additional sleeping space for extra guests.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a complete set of cookware, dishes, and silverware. A dining table rounds out the space for sit-down meals with the whole group.

 

Bathrooms & laundry

Two full bathrooms, each with hot water and a hair dryer. One includes a bathtub. An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, bed linens, and essentials (towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper) are all provided. Cleaning products are on hand as well.

 

Resort amenities

The Evian community features a spacious pool and sundeck right next to the villa - with a serene lagoon and gazebo just steps away. Lighted tennis courts and four brand-new pickleball courts are available within the complex. Shipyard's gated grounds include an extensive trail network ideal for walking or biking, and the Van Der Meer Tennis Center is also accessible. The Shipyard Beach Club provides private beach access - roughly a 10-minute walk or a short bike ride from the villa.

 

Location

Shipyard sits between Sea Pines and Palmetto Dunes, surrounded by natural beauty and a full range of island activities. Explore Hilton Head's museums, sample the dining scene, browse local boutiques, and finish the evening with a stroll along the beach. A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi make this an easy base for remote work between adventures.

 

Please Note:

Only 1 vehicle can be parked at the Shipyard Beach Club and you must have the Shipyard Beach Club stamped Shipyard gate pass in your vehicle to be able to park there.



Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.



Evian features a spacious pool and sundeck, plus lighted tennis courts and 4 brand-new pickleball courts to keep you moving. The beach is easily walkable or bikeable, with access to Shipyard's private beach club, an extensive trail network, and the Van Der Meer Tennis Center.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
