気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
There so many things wrong. If was difficult just getting the code to get into the condo. They lied it was sent then they sent it an hour later. The downstairs was cool, but upstairs was oven like in two of the bedrooms. We wanted to use the grill, but no gas. We had to go buy it ourselves. The glass back door only functioned because my son was very strong. Then they decided we were going to leave on Friday and sent the police to our place. They pounded on the door with their hands on their guns. They said they were told we were homeless and refused to leave. But the lies continue, they were also told that the cleaners came at 10 and were afraid of my 12 pound dog. My entire family was sitting on the couch that day until 12:30. No one came to the door. They sent me a message about 3 saying they were coming to get my dog to have someone keep her. I showed the police your website with the date we were to leave. They called the office and they said, oh they can stay another day!! We proceeded to pack and go. The police were very concerned about this. So no we did not have a good experience.
